Join Bulletproof Your Body at the next Durability Clinic

This clinic is an essential for every age and every level. It is an all-intensive dive into being a faster and more durable athlete.  

We go over specific issues like foot/knee pain, tight hips, tennis elbow, shoulder strain and more.  You will learn about fascia - what it is and how it affects performance. You’ll learn about joint health - aspects like range of motion and how to create better joint workspace. We also go over warmup and recovery essentials. It is a very full 2.5 hours of exploring and information. You don’t have to be a player to benefit, but I do go over specific issues related to our sport.

I have over 24 years of coaching experience and I specialize in chronic pain, injury and illness. I’ve trained several of the world’s top pros in addition to amateur players nationwide. I’d love to help you with your athletic journey, too!

What to Bring: yoga mat, towel, water, and a snack for the duration. A pen may be helpful for notes. You will receive course notes to take home with you.

How to Prepare: injured is ok, tired is ok, dehydration is not ok. Hydration doesn’t happen overnight. Start preparing by fully hydrating a few days before the event. This goes a long way towards the benefits and tolerance for the modalities.
